• Execute visual and operational standards, including shipment processing.
• Uphold store safety and asset protection policies.

Responsibilities

• Rock Leader on Duty shifts to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Model and enforce AEO service standards on the Salesfloor and fitting room.
• Coach and develop associates through ongoing feedback and training.
• Monitor store operations, shipments, and visual merchandising adherence.
• Lead by example to ensure safety, loss prevention and policy compliance.
