American Eagle Outfitters in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, manage Leader on Duty shifts, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will train, motivate and celebrate associates, driving sales results while upholding AE Brand Standards.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, provide real-time coaching, and ensure teamwork across the Salesfloor and Fitting Room to keep the store guest-ready and productive.

• Leads retail team with focus on guest experience and store performance.
• Models AE Brand Standards and service expectations on the sales floor and fitting room.
• Provides real-time coaching and feedback to drive KPI results.
