You will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, manage omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, promote loyalty programs, train staff, and ensure asset protection while achieving key KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer experience to meet sales KPIs.
• Coach team on SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and policy execution.
• Drive conversion and customer satisfaction through best-in-class selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage with floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions and support.
• Promote and enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Champion MCC/Extend services and protection plans for customers.
• Drive omni-channel excellence (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery) and curbside opportunities.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
