Ideal candidates have 3+ years of retail leadership, strong coaching skills, and the ability to manage POS and loyalty programs while ensuring asset protection and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

3+ years retail leadership experience.
Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
Strong customer-focused coaching and communication.

Responsibilities

Lead store operations, ensuring SOP compliance and brand standards.
Coach team and drive sales KPIs and customer experience.
Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS/Delivery).
Promote Loyalty Rewards, MCC/Extend services, and in-store programs.
Train and develop staff through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
Support Asset Protection and shrink reduction through awareness and procedures.
