• Ensure policies, store conditions, and results are met.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel service through BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members in assigned departments.
• Support Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
