Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading store operations and SOP compliance.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain service standards.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and delivery when needed.
• Lead loyalty program enrollment and protect assets.
