Michaels, a leading arts and crafts retailer, seeks a Sales Manager in Kenosha, WI to lead store teams, drive customer experience, and achieve sales and service KPIs. The role emphasizes coaching, SOP compliance, and effective day-to-day execution across front-end operations.

You will supervise POS systems, loyalty programs, and in-store events while ensuring a high-performing selling culture and strong customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Customer-focused coaching and strong communication.

Mansioni

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems during transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs and events including Birthday parties and loyalty enrollment.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members and uphold Asset Protection practices.
