Michaels in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store and deliver strong sales and customer experience. You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensure brand standards, and execute selling behaviors.

You will coach the team, provide MOD coverage, and drive omni-channel services such as BOPIS and delivery while promoting loyalty programs and protection plans. This role requires at least 3 years of retail leadership.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations with adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Coach team on Customer Experience and ART of Selling to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs and events such as Balloons, Birthday operations, and Knit & Sew Shop.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services to customers.
• Drive omni-channel service, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members and support Asset Protection initiatives.
