Responsibilities include driving sales KPIs, overseeing events and services, and promoting loyalty and extended services while maintaining asset protection and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations with a focus on customer experience.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and ensure operational continuity.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
