Kirkland's is seeking a Sales Leader to drive customer-obsessed selling with strong product knowledge and visual merchandising. You will lead the team, coach staff, and ensure store operations align with business plans to maximize sales and profitability.

As a Brand ambassador, you will greet customers, educate on loyalty programs, and maintain professional interactions while upholding Kirkland's values. This role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays and a collaborative mindset.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year management experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Leads, supports and values customer selling in both in store and online (ship to store) shopping experience.
• Leads and supports a customer obsessed culture prioritizing greeting, re-engaging, educating, adding on and thanking each customer.
• Understands role in sales growth and how to impact store profitability.
• Reads cues and responds to customers to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Educates each customer on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise to support basket building.
• Represents the brand professionally and adheres to company policies while supporting a common goal.
• Executes Manager on Duty responsibilities including opening/closing, supervision, and related tasks.
• Assists in freight processing, stockroom maintenance, and merchandise presentation directives.
