Job summary

Michaels Stores in Little Rock, AR seeks a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture and top-line results across front-end and service operations. You will coach teams to uphold brand standards, run day-to-day operations, and drive customer-centric selling behaviors.

The role focuses on achieving key sales and service KPIs through effective leadership, coaching, and execution of store programs, POS accuracy, and omni-channel service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Proven coaching and customer-service skills
• Strong knowledge of store operations and SOPs

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure selling behaviors and brand standards
• Drive key sales and service KPIs through leadership and customer-focused coaching
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support transactions
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, birthday parties) and loyalty enrollment
• Promote MCC/Extend services and protection plans to customers
• Drive sales and operational excellence in the Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience
• Ensure efficient execution of BOPIS and Same Day Delivery
• Support Custom Framing operations and frame shop coordination
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building
• Partner in Asset Protection to reduce shrink and maintain safety
