Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years of experience directly supervising a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store and team to meet KPI goals.
• Deliver sales plan/profit plan and other KPIs in line with annual objectives.
• Lead the execution of the customer brand promises.
• Implement and lead shrink and safety programs to achieve goals.
• Hire, train, observe and coach the team to achieve results and develop talent.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintain operational understanding of all store departments and cross-train managers.
