Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Sales Manager in Round Rock, TX to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving sales and service KPIs. • 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Lead and develop store teams to meet sales and service KPIs.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Model and coach best-in-class Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors, driving conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and oversee daily store operations including POS and omni-channel activities.
