Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Lexington is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture, oversee front-end and service operations, and drive strong sales results with an engaging customer experience.

You will coach teams, ensure SOP compliance, manage POS/Self-Checkout, and promote loyalty programs while delivering KPI improvements and a safe, productive store environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Lead and coach teams to achieve brand standards and selling behaviors.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations and POS/Self-Checkout usage.
• Drive omni-channel results including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Coach customer experience and sales performance, and manage MOD coverage.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services to customers.
• Train, develop and supervise team members; maintain asset protection.
