Responsibilities include ensuring SOP compliance, coaching staff, and coordinating with departments like Knit & Sew Shop and Custom Framing. This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach to daily retail operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience coaching customer service and sales behaviors.
• Ability to manage store operations and KPI goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store and drive customer experience.
• Oversee front-end, service operations and POS/self-checkout to ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support specialized departments (Knit & Sew Shop, Custom Framing) as needed.
• Coach and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
