Your role focuses on delivering brand standards, optimizing selling behaviors, and driving loyalty program participation while managing day-to-day store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team to deliver strong sales and customer experience.
• Experience coaching and developing team members to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store sales and customer experience strategy across the floor.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and SOP compliance.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Drive omni-channel execution: BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, etc.
