Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience coaching teams to deliver strong customer experiences.
• Ability to manage store operations and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to boost conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services; enroll customers.
• Train and develop team members and ensure Asset Protection.
