La-Z-Boy Incorporated in College Station seeks a dynamic Store Manager to lead our sales team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is a full-time, commission-only role with significant earning potential for a high-performing leader.

You will manage day-to-day sales operations, train staff, drive promotions, and maintain knowledge of products while keeping the store organized and visually appealing. Join a respected brand that values teamwork, development, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture or retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, management, or a related field is a plus.
• Open to relocation within a 27-store network.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to sales associates.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to drive improvement.
• Engage with customers, providing expert advice to close sales.
• Oversee the sales floor and ensure it is organized and stocked with merchandise.
• Execute promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Collaborate with other store departments to ensure seamless service.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
• Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management.
