You will train staff, monitor performance, oversee the sales floor, coordinate promotions, and collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture/retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to relocate within a 27-store network.
• Flexible work hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve/exceed targets.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to sales associates.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and drive improvement.
• Engage with customers to close sales with expert advice.
• Oversee the sales floor to ensure organization and up-to-date merchandise.
• Coordinate promotions, events and marketing campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Collaborate with other store departments for seamless service.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competition.
• Maintain sales records and report to senior management.
