Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Florida is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead sales teams, manage operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while aligning with our brand and ethics.

This role oversees personal sales, store revenue targets, and a team of up to 15 direct reports, with a total compensation range of $60,000 - $95,000 including base, commission and bonus, along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in a retail sales/business unit role.
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train sales teams to achieve store targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations, processes and brand adherence.
• Manage recruitment, development and succession planning for staff (up to 15 direct reports).
• Collaborate with teams to execute promotions and optimize store profitability.
