Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, training, and support to sales teams to improve sales techniques and performance.
• Lead and supervise up to 15 direct reports; manage recruitment, training, and development.
• Sustain store profitability through P&L awareness, finance metrics and margins.
• Champion brand strategy and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and events to improve market performance.
