Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As Assistant General Manager, you will lead a store team, develop sales specialists, and drive sales targets, financials, and merchandising to create outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach, mentor, and own both your own and the team’s performance while handling daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for interviewing and hiring, providing training, and ensuring the team delivers

Qualifications

Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Lead store team and drive sales targets on the floor and in operations.
Coach team members one-on-one to raise performance and customer service quality.
Own daily store metrics, oversee store opening/closing and merchandising alignment.
Monitor inventory, restocking, and customer flow to ensure a great guest experience.
Collaborate with leadership to maintain compliance and store standards.
