Job summary

Paper Source, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead in Reston, VA to model great selling behaviors and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will mentor CSAs, lead store operations, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.

You will oversee visual merchandising, promotions, and replenishment while coaching staff and ensuring a neat, inviting store. This role requires physical activity and a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences to encourage repeat visits.
• Supervise visual merchandising and replenishment standards.
• Leverage campaigns to actively sell and engage customers.
• Develop employees by sharing knowledge and coaching CSAs.
• Direct daily store operations including receiving and returns.
• Identify opportunities to improve store operations and shrink prevention.
• Communicate effectively with the store team.
• Provide feedback to team and lead during MOD segments.
• Lead merchandising and replenishment during MOD periods.
• Open and close the store; ensure safety for staff and customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, customer experience, and asset protection standards.
