KnitWell Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional hospitality on the shop floor.

You will drive brand standards, coach associates, manage operations tasks such as cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment, and help achieve sales goals. This role requires 2 years of retail management experience, flexible availability, and strong communication, with a team-focused mindset.

Competenze

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening/closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide coaching to team members.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Ensure knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
