J.Jill is seeking a customer-obsessed Sales Lead to support store leadership, drive sales, and coach a team while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women’s apparel or sales.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Proven ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships; support community engagement.
• Assist in training and developing team members, coaching for success.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs and providing styling recommendations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill’s products to aid confident purchases.
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, visual merchandising, inventory, policies.
• Own assigned responsibilities; address challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
• Communicate across organization levels with tailored messaging.
• Perform additional duties to support store success.
