Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through genuine interactions and support community engagement.
• Assist in training and coaching team members to ensure success.
• Drive store performance by identifying customer needs and contributing to sales targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to assist customers in confident purchasing decisions.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, merchandising, inventory, and policy adherence.
