J.Jill is seeking a passionate, customer-obsessed Sales Lead to support store leadership in driving sales and team development, while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will build meaningful connections with customers and cultivate a culture that makes shopping enjoyable and inclusive.

You will mentor teammates, stay knowledgeable about products, and contribute to store operations, merchandising, and customer engagement to help achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women’s specialty retail or a strong sales, customer-obsessed environment.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through genuine interactions.
• Assist in training and developing team members, leading by example, and providing coaching and support to ensure team success.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs and providing personalized styling recommendations to meet sales targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill products to support customers in confident purchasing decisions.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, visual merchandising, floor sets, inventory, and policy adherence.
