Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Tysons Corner Center store in Tysons, VA to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and support Sales & Operations. You will engage customers, share fabric knowledge, and drive a seamless in-store shopping journey.

You will train and motivate a team, partner with the Store Manager, and help achieve performance goals while maintaining store merchandising and inventory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail environment.
• Experience in retail management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and deliver best-in-class service.
• Assist Store Manager with training and performance coaching.
• Support merchandising, inventory and safety standards.
• Lead the team to meet/exceed sales goals and deliver seamless experiences.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Flexibly support evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
