Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Mission Viejo, CA retail store to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support sales and operations. You will lead with energy, guide associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to meet bold targets and improve the customer journey across in-store and online channels.

You will train and empower team members on our Customer Experience Playbook, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure safety while driving sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, etc.).
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function to customers.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Train and give feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet/exceed team performance goals.
