Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience required.
• Retail leadership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and convey product knowledge on fabrics, fit, and function.
• Drive in-store and event-based customer engagement.
• Provide training and feedback on Customer Experience playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates and meet sales goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Contribute feedback to improve business processes.
