Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our Tysons Corner Center store in Tysons, VA. You will lead customer interactions, share product knowledge, and mentor a small team to ensure a best-in-class experience that links online and in-store shopping.

The role requires a proactive, energetic self-starter who can engage with customers, support the Store Manager, and help achieve sales targets while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Able to work onsite and flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of product fabrics and features is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide knowledge on fabrics, fit and function.
• Train and give feedback to team on Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team goals with Store Manager.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising to make shopping easy and add value to purchases.
