Fabletics in Tysons Corner Center, Tysons, VA is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead to drive an exceptional customer experience and coach a dynamic team.

You will engage customers with knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function, while supporting both Sales and Operations. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires energy and a passion for helping customers live their passion.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities and products helps connect with customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive in-store engagement through events, promotions, and community activities.
• Support Store Manager and supervisors to motivate associates and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to simplify the shopping journey.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to continually improve the business.
