Job summary

Fabletics seeks a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Lexington, KY store to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. You will mentor associates, coordinate with the Store Manager, and drive sales through product knowledge and proactive customer engagement.

You'll lead with energy, manage inventory needs, and participate in events and promotions to promote the brand and reach store objectives.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates and running.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and engage with customers.
• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive customer engagement through events, promotions and community activities.
• Train and provide feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager on inventory, training, and raising the bar for store performance.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and uphold safety and security standards.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
