Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead to deliver a top-tier customer experience in our Indianapolis-area store. You will support daily sales and operations, help customers navigate fabric choices, fit, and function of products, and partner with leadership to achieve aggressive goals.

You’ll engage shoppers both in-store and at events, contributing to a high-energy team focused on meeting timelines and sales targets while upholding brand standards and a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience.
• Retail management experience is a plus.
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment and strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer experience and support in sales and operations.
• Engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and give feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates to hit/exceed targets.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve the customer journey.
• Maintain store merchandising to facilitate easy shopping and add value to purchases.
• Offer feedback to improve business operations.
• Maintain safety and security standards and handle inventory as needed.
