Job summary

Fabletics in Burlington, MA is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Lead to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while supporting Sales & Operations. You will lead a tight-knit team, engage customers about fabrics, fit, and function, and help connect in-store and online shopping.

Will you work evenings and weekends? You will train staff, maintain merchandising standards, and drive sales goals with energy and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (Yoga, cycling, running, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function to customers.
• Engage customers in-store and at events to drive sales.
• Train and provide feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet or exceed team goals in coordination with the Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer purchase journey.
