Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for the Brea, CA store to drive a best-in-class customer experience and support store operations. You will partner with the Store Manager and a dedicated team to hit bold targets while leveraging omnichannel tools to connect in-store and online shopping.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest engagement, product knowledge, and teamwork in a dynamic retail environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products (Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, running, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and partners in-store and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to meet or exceed sales goals and store objectives.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey and ensure stock readiness.
• Maintain safety and security standards and manage inventory flow.
