Job summary

KnitWell Group, operator of Ann Taylor stores, is seeking a Sales Lead in Eagan, MN. You will support and model exceptional customer experiences, work with the Store Manager, and help guide the team to deliver personalized service.

The role emphasizes coaching, supervising, and maintaining visual and operational standards, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; salary range is $13.20–$16.40 per hour and regular/part-time status.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments.
• Ability to coach and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching.
• Support an inclusive store environment and drive omnichannel shopping.
