KnitWell Group, operating LOFT stores, is seeking a Sales Lead in Lombard, IL. You will lead by example to deliver personalized customer experiences and support store associates, collaborating with the Store Manager to cover manager responsibilities when needed.

The role emphasizes coaching, brand standards, and contributing to a welcoming, high-performing team while driving sales and a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a POS system.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to maximize customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Utilize technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions for omnichannel service.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
