Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, lead store partners, and help drive sales goals. You will develop product knowledge, manage POS transactions, and support merchandising and operations while partnering with leadership.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, leadership, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, with benefits and growth opportunities offered across Boot Barn stores.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT and ADT.
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and display maintenance.
• Process merchandise and monitor floor stock.
• Accurately complete all sales transactions and manage cash at POS.
• Develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and adhere to Time and Attendance policy.
• Adhere to laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance and appearance.
