Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. seeks a Store Sales Manager in Stroudsburg, PA to lead a high-performing store team, drive sales results and deliver an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, enforcing SOPs, managing POS operations, and executing omni-channel initiatives such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery. Regular nights, weekends, and early mornings are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to drive customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Strong coaching and day-to-day leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to meet sales and service KPIs.
• Ensure SOPs and company programs are followed and compliant.
• Oversee front-end operations, POS usage, and customer service standards.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service continuity.
• Drive omni-channel priorities including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
