Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for the Sebring, FL store to drive a high-performing selling culture and engage customers across front-end and service operations. You will coach teams, uphold brand standards, and execute day-to-day operations to hit sales and service KPIs.

Responsibilities include leading adherence to SOPs, managing MOD coverage, and promoting loyalty programs while overseeing store events and omni-channel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

3+ years retail leadership experience required.
Experience coaching customer-facing teams to deliver strong store performance.
Experience overseeing store operations and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead and model selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and ensure floor leadership.
Oversee front-end, service operations, and store programs including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
Coach and develop team in assigned departments and ensure SOP adherence.
Protect assets and reduce shrink through compliant operations.
