Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns
• Balance register according to company policy and handle payments
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers
• Provide customer service including greeting customers and assisting with fitting rooms
• Assist management with merchandising and stock levels
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a neat appearance
• Support loss prevention and report theft or incidents
• Maintain store housekeeping and complete tasks as assigned by management
