Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provide visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Monitor for potential safety issues and address them as directed by leadership.
• Assist Store Leadership with Loss Prevention directives and reduction of shortages.
• Represent and maintain Ross brand professionally in all interactions.
• Greet Customers and respond to questions in a courteous, helpful manner.
