Job summary

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Monitor Code 50 package inspection policy and coordinate with Store Leadership.
• Identify and address potential theft indicators on the sales floor.
• Support Loss Prevention initiatives and minimize operational shortage.
• Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
