Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Mitigate theft and fraud through proactive observation and interaction.
• Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and provide courteous service.
• Monitor compliance with Loss Prevention directives and safety policies.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to minimize operational shortages.
