Job summary

Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Provide visible, courteous greetings and maintain command presence.
• Monitor for safety issues and ensure clear egress to emergency exits.
• Lead and educate Associates; support Loss Prevention initiatives.
• Represent the Ross brand with professional appearance and conduct.
