Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1 year of retail supervision or loss prevention training, a valid Security Guard License, and strong communication skills to engage customers professionally.

Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and monitor for theft indicators.
• Greet Customers with eye contact and a friendly demeanor to deter theft.
• Partner with Store Leadership to ensure Loss Prevention compliance.
• Identify and address potential theft indicators on the sales floor.
• Contribute to minimizing operational shortage through training and processes.
