Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• AA degree preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Greets Customers and provides friendly, professional service.
• Supports Loss Prevention initiatives and partners with Store Leadership.
• MONITORS entrances/exits and sales floor for suspicious activity and theft indicators.
• Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
