Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Retail supervision or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure environment for associates and customers.
• Provide visible presence at store entrances and exits.
• Assist with loss prevention initiatives and collaboration with ALPM.
• Monitor for potential safety issues and engage leadership.
• Support shrink reduction through proper procedures.
• Ensure proper checkout procedures and controls.
