Job summary

lululemon seeks a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team, driving product strategy and overseeing inventory across floor and back-of-house. You will lead inventory shifts, mentor staff, and ensure a world-class guest experience during scheduled floor shifts.

Responsibilities include coordinating with leadership, managing SOP-based processes, and analyzing daily data to optimize product availability and pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail or distribution operations.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.
• Education: high school diploma or GED or above.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy and inventory plans.
• Plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Oversee product actions, pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Lead and motivate team members to ensure accurate stock and a positive guest experience.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategies.
